Bar Refaeli Bares a Bit of Belly on a NYC Taxi Hunt Posted: 15 Sep 2011 11:27 AM PDT When she’s not twitpic-ing dirty bikini photos of herself from Israel or jetsetting around the world for a slew of fashion shoots, Bar Refaeli is just a normal New Yorker fighting to get a cab — only she looks incredible doing so.
Bar was out and about in the Big Apple on Wednesday afternoon and was photographed trying to hail a taxi while sport skin-tight black jeans and a tanktop that showed a good amount of her infamous figure. As Bar raised her arm, her shirt followed suit, and while there’s no word as to how the endeavor went, it’s a safe guess that it didn’t take long for one lucky taxi driver to pull over. Earlier this month, Bar’s famous curves were on full display when she hit up the Venice Film Festival, where she rocked a tight black jumpsuit that accentuated her, um, backside. |
Posted: 15 Sep 2011 11:26 AM PDT In a confusing twist of events, Brenda Song's mum has denied the reports that Brenda is pregnant. Word came out last month that Brenda and boyfriend Trace Cyrus were expecting a baby, which freaked sister Miley Cyrus out a tad! But Brenda's mum says it's not happening.
"She's actually not pregnant," she told Star Magazine. "It's very upsetting to our family because of what I'm going through and it's not how we raised her. She's very upset."Who do you believe?! |
Kelly Clarkson reveals new album ‘Stronger’ tracklisting Posted: 15 Sep 2011 11:10 AM PDT Kelly Clarkson has revealed the tracklist for her forthcoming album. The singer will include 13 new songs on her fifth studio LP Stronger, which will be released in the UK on October 24 and in the US on October 25.
The album's lead single 'Mr Know It All' tops the list, while a Jason Aldean duet titled 'Don't You Wanna Stay' will be one of four extra tracks to be included on a deluxe edition of the record. 'Mr Know It All' reached number 18 on the US Hot 100 following its release last week, while UK fans will be able to download it on October 10. Stronger will serve as the follow-up to Clarkson's All I Ever Wanted, which reached number one on the US Billboard 200 and three on the UK album chart in 2009. The American Idol champion has been the victim of several track leaks over the past 12 months and recently likened the experience to being physically robbed. |
Demi Lovato’s Unbroken: Putting It Back Together Posted: 15 Sep 2011 10:54 AM PDT Instead of going too edgy or staying a Disney princess, Demi Lovato's Unbroken, which drops Tuesday, is a perfectly mature album without scaring away the teens that grew up loving the "Camp Rock" star. Thanks to touches of Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguilera and Beyoncé, Lovato will certainly win over a whole new fanbase. The album touts production and songwriting credits from A-listers like Timbaland, Ryan Tedder and Toby Gad, and while Demi got some assistance from artists like Missy Elliott, Iyaz, Dev and Jason Derülo, she's the true star on the album. Her big voice and sassy-yet-vulnerable attitude play up the album's flirty tracks and moving ballads. The Missy and Timbaland collabo "All Night Long" puts Demi's signature big voice over a pumping beat, Tim's signature beatbox vocals and Missy's always on-point rhymes. The banger serves as the perfect setup up for "Who's That Boy," an equally party-friendly track that opens with a swirling, pumping beat. Lovato sings, "I've been staring at ya/ And I could do it all night/ You're looking like an angel/ With the kind of body that needs a spotlight." The title track is an empowering disco song about being saved by love. "Give Your Heart a Break" and "Hold Up" are fun, smart dance songs about cute boys. "Give Your Heart a Break" features strings playing behind Lovato's voice as she sings, "The day I first met you/ You told me you never fall in love/ But now that I get you/ I know fear is what it really was." Given Demi's personal life over the past 12 months, the ballads could have easily been heavy-handed; instead, they are specific to her yet relatable. Also, they show Demi's growth as an artist — lyrically and personally. On the sweeping doo-wop-inspired "Lightweight," Demi sings about the struggle one feels when she is both inexperienced in love but also falling hard for someone. "Fix a Heart," another standout slow jam, is a piano-driven ballad on which Demi belts lines like "You must be a miracle worker/ Swearing up and down you can fix what's broken/ Please don't get my hopes up, baby/ How can you be so cruel?/ It's like you're pouring salt on my cuts." The album closes out with a remix of lead single "Skyscraper," a perfect close to an album that balances feel-good party jams with deeply personal tracks about struggling with identity and love. |

Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez going their separate ways Posted: 15 Sep 2011 10:17 AM PDT If Derek and Minka couldn't make it we always thought that A-Rod and Cameron were mates for life. Turns out the problems of two little people don't amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world. Someday we'll understand that. US Weekly reports that the Yankee third baseman and actor Cameron Diaz have broken up.
"She's very busy with her career," a source told the magazine. "And he's had injuries and wants to focus on his game. They're dedicated professionals." |
Patrick fired up about bringing passion to NASCAR Posted: 15 Sep 2011 10:17 AM PDT RICHMOND, VA. Danica Patrick gets fired up when she's watching a NASCAR race and tempers flare. “I'm a fan, too. I'm a consumer. I love to see fights. I love to see crashes,” she said. “I love to see drivers being honest with their emotions and letting everyone know what they think.”
The IndyCar star also looks forward to joining the fray full time next season, when she plans to run the entire NASCAR Nationwide Series schedule and eight to 10 Sprint Cup races. “Oddly enough, I would say that the older I get, the more aggressive I get. Is that weird?” she said in Richmond, where she qualified 32nd and finished 18th last Friday night. “I didn't start like a Brazilian driver and go out ‘Whoooo' and hit everything and figure it out later. I started out much more patient with other drivers and patient with myself and respectful. “Now I'm much more of the attitude — and it's probably because I have fenders these days — but much more of the attitude that ‘Don't mess with me. I will hit you back,'” she said. Yes, in NASCAR's time of ‘Boys, have at it,' the girl wants in, too. “I think you have to,” she said of retaliating. “You've got fenders and you take care of business yourself and there's very few penalties for driving carelessly or aggressively with other drivers because they don't really need to. You just give it back to them because you can.” But that's not to say she plans to wreak havoc once she's one of the boys. Instead, she knows she still has a ton to learn, a point that has been reinforced each time she finds herself in an ill-handling car and struggles to communicate to her crew what needs to be changed and with what level of comfort is reasonable to expect. The point was driven home during a test session in Georgia this year when she felt like the car was loose all morning, and that pushing it any harder would cause it to spin. “It took half the day before we finally made a shock adjustment and it was like, ‘Yeah, I do like these cars. I remember,'” she said, laughing. “I'd forgotten how good it can feel … I drove a car that was loose for a half a day because I just didn't know any better.” That inexperience is why Tony Stewart, who owns the car she will drive in the Sprint Cup races next year, intends to make sure Patrick keeps her expectations in check. |
Heidi Montag celebrate her 29th Birthday Posted: 15 Sep 2011 09:59 AM PDT Happy birthday, Heidi Montag! Your Moon in socially rebellious Aquarius says you feel more like the outsider looking in than the other way around. You’ve got a strong cosmic streak for self-preservation, and your behavior has the capacity to thrill — and even frighten — more timid souls. Throughout the coming year, this streak will be on the front burner and available for the American reality TV feeding ground. Just remember to balance your thirst for danger with your need for concrete results!

Gossip » Katy Perry Covers Cosmo Australia October 2011 Posted: 15 Sep 2011 08:09 AM PDT Katy Perry She's one of the world's most adored pop singers, and Katy Perry graces the cover of Cosmo Australia magazine's October 2011 issue. On the front page, the "Firework" songstress looks ravishing in a red top and black pencil skirt while showing off even more of her beauty for the inside of the mag. Aside from her Cosmo gig, Katy is readying for her sixth single's release from her album Teenage Dream – which is a midtempo track called "The One That Got Away." The sentimental song is all about Perry's first love as the chorus reads, "In another life, I would be your girl/ We keep all our promises, be us against the world/ And in another life, I would make you stay/ So I don't have to say you were the one that got away." "The One That Got Away" will hit the radio next month. Katy Perry Katy Perry Katy Perry Katy Perry Photo Credit: Cosmopolitan Australia
