She has been demonstrating exactly why she is a Sports Illustrated cover girl soaking up the sunshine in Italy. And today Bar Refaeli stole the spotlight as she attended the premiere of Carnage at the Venice Film Festival this evening. The model looks simply stunning in a low cut black jumpsuit which boasted lace detailing and a series of buttons up her torso.

And given her great genes Bar needed little makeup opting for a little golden glow on her cheeks light brown smokey eyes and pale pink lips. Before arriving on the red carpet Bar managed to squeeze in a quick snap of herself which she posted to Twitter. The Israeli model said: ‘1 min before red carpet…. Wish me luck… My heels are super high!’

While Bar might have stolen some of the limelight the star of the film Kate Winslet showed off her trim figures in a fallow midi dress by Victoria Beckham with sleek sleeve detail. The figure hugging ensemble also boasts a contrasting zip up the back and the British actress had her hair tousled into an elegant up pony tail with plenty of volume. She added drop earrings and jewel-encrusted sandals to finish the simple yet chic look for the red carpet.

Bar has been making the most of the sun and the sea aboard a luxury yacht in Portofino, Italy over the past week but yesterday Bar Refaeli wanted to spend some time on dry land. And the 26-year-old model stepped out the vessel to shop with a friend checking out the Italian fashions. Bar threw a light denim shirt over her bright blue bikini and pulled on a pair of light denim shorts for a look which looked effortlessly stylish.

Shoe showed off her tanned limbs and went for comfort in a pair of thong flip flops. And it seemed that something caught her eye as she shopped and the model was seen returning to the boat carrying a white boutique bag.

Bar and her friend, who was dressed in a striped denim dress shared a joke together as they made their way back to the boat. Earlier in the day the Victoria’s Secret model was seen making a splash jumping off luxury yacht.

The blonde beauty is currently on holiday, spending time on Italian businessman Marco Tronchetti Provera and his wife Afef's vessel in Portofio, Italy. Bar was spotted leaping from the large boat, jumping from considerable height into the ocean. Stretching out, she accentuated her famously tanned and toned figure during the exercise.

CHERYL Cole, bless her cotton socks, has gone on a mini twitter rant about how she likes her food. ardly a complaint of diva-like proportions but Cheryl Cole vented to her twitter followers about those pesky bakers that sometimes just make their bread a little bit to fancy for the Geordie gal.

The singer – who this morning landed in the UK from the States after filming a cameo for What To Expect When You’re Expecting – told fans that her bowels don’t take to kindly to extra flour on her bread roll. She wrote: “Does anyone else HATE when they put flour on a bun (roll) its goes straight through me.. :&
Genuinely requiring an explanation she added: “why do they do that ??.."After realising some hours later that she appeared to sharing her toilet habits with hundreds of thousands of followers she rectified the problem with further tweets.

Cheryl wrote: “Noooooooooooooooo… My friend just called me laughing that people have mis-unterstood my last tweet.. I need to get used to this don't I… “Fyi… In a fingers down a blackboard way.. #:-s” Basically Cheryl meant she finds it annoying. Well why didn’t you just say that Chezza?!

Demi Lovato Hopes To Inspire Others With Her ‘Honest Journey’

Demi Lovato Hopes To Inspire Others With Her 'Honest Journey'Demi Lovato proclaimed her inner strength on the emotional power ballad, "Skyscraper," the lead single off her album, Unbroken, which drops later this month. The track immediately connected with her fans, who have stuck by her side over the last year as she's battled personal issues.

Their support of the track, Lovato explained to MTV News last week, has given her newfound strength as she sets out to launch the next phase of her bustling music career. "When the song came out, it went #1 on iTunes instantly and it was so surprising to me," she said at a fan meet-and-greet in Los Angeles, where Lovatics lined up for blocks to meet Demi. "I wasn't expecting that at all. It's been such a whirlwind, and I've been so blessed and so thankful for it."

In "Skyscraper," Lovato confronts her issues — the ones for which she sought treatment last fall — because, she said, she wanted to keep her fans in the loop about her growth as a person.

"I've been pretty honest," she said. "My whole journey has been about telling my story and hoping that when I share my story, it inspires somebody. So, when I decided to come out with a single that was honest and about my journey and about standing strong and tall like a skyscraper, I hope that it inspired people.

"I thought that there was a bigger opportunity for me to come out with a song that would inspire people, rather than it be just another dance song on the radio," she added. Sure, "Skyscraper" has a message, but there are also some fun tracks on the album, Demi promises, including her Missy Elliott/Timbaland collabo, "All Night Long."

"The song that Missy and I did together, Timbaland's actually on it, too, and it's fun," she said. "It's about staying up all night long and singing it to the boy that you like, and it's flirty and fun and it's not too grown-up, but it's grown-up enough."
