Cheryl Cole and ex-husband Ashley Cole are planning a "clear-the-air" dinner for their families. The former couple – who divorced last year following revelations the soccer player had cheated on his pop star wife with a string of women – are set to give their relationship another go and want their relatives to give them their blessing.

So they have arranged a get together at a restaurant in Essex, South East England, in the hope everyone can sort out their differences – especially Cheryl's mother, Joan, who is said to disapprove of the reconciliation.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Cheryl and Ashley are a sealed deal – but they need this dinner to clear the air between the families. There's still bad feeling, particularly on Cheryl's side."

As well as getting her love life back on track, it seems Cheryl's career is going from strength to strength, following her humiliating sacking from the US version of 'The X Factor' in May.

The 'Fight for This Love' singer – who was dropped from the judging panel and replaced by Nicole Scherzinger after filming just four shows – is set to make cameo appearances in hit TV shows 'Glee' and 'How I met Your Mother'.

A source said: "Cheryl's US dream is far from over. Her people are in talks with executives involved with 'Glee' and 'How I Met Your Mother' to guest star Cheryl in an episode. Her manager will.i.am reckons people in the States are really starting to sit up and take notice of her."

The news comes after it was revealed the 28-year-old beauty is to make her film debut in 'What To Expect When You're Expecting'.

Jenna Jameson needs claim in opposition to her droppedAdult-film star Jenna Jameson wants the lawsuit filed against her by a Naperville theater owner dropped like the scorned woman in a campy Hollywood thriller. Jameson was sued earlier this year for failing to make promotional appearances at two Naperville theaters after allegedly agreeing to accept $10,000 to sign autographs and pose for pictures with fans there.

In a new legal filing, the star of the 2008 film “Zombie Strippers” asks that the lawsuit be dismissed, contending the contract she purportedly signed to make the promotional appearances last March isn’t valid.

Resembling the plot in a bad film, the contract is so vague that’s it not understandable — and that makes it unenforceable, said Naperville attorney Paul Nordini, who represents Jameson in the lawsuit.

For one thing, it appears that Jameson could be entitled to all of the money collected during her appearances, not just the $10,000 she allegedly was promised, Nordini said.

That interpretation of the contract means theater owner Ted Bulthaup didn’t suffer any financial losses by Jameson’s failure to appear at the promotional events, Nordini contended. “They can’t assert damages because they wouldn’t have lost anything,” Nordini said. The suit also has other legal deficiencies that warrant dismissing it, Nordini said.

Bulthaup sued Jameson for $50,000, contending her abrupt decision not to appear at his theaters cost him money he spent promoting the event as well as ticket sales and other profits her appearance would have generated.

The lawsuit alleges Jameson — whose real name is Jenna Marie Massoli — claimed she didn’t make the appearances at the Hollywood Palms and Hollywood Boulevard cinemas because she fell ill, even though she was spotted partying that weekend with erstwhile celebrity Perez Hilton. Bulthaup’s attorneys declined to comment on the request to dismiss the case.

Big Demi Lovato news! The 19 year-old star has finally announced the name of her album. The singer had teased the news all week, tweeting her fans about the possibility of an announcement. Lovato's single from the album, Skyscraper, is already climbing the charts.

This time Demi Lovato news was broken by twitter. The star tweeted "#UNBROKEN !!!!!!!!!!!!" It certainly makes sense that this would be the title she chose. The Disney star has had a very public battle with emotional and eating disorders and is now a role model for teens dealing with similar troubles. She recently one the Acuvue Inspire Award at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards. Hopefully Unbroken will continue to inspire and uplift fans everywhere.

Lovato will perform Skyscraper at the Do Something Awards later this week. The singer's very excited about this show – again, taking to twitter to show her love. The awards highlight young people who are doing positive things in their communities.

Camille Grammer realizes it really isn’t all fair in love and war, because she now regrets the comment she made about Kelsey’s junk.

As you know, Camille said — referring to Kelsey — “Big hands, big feet, big disappointment.”

Now she’s given TMZ a statement, trying to take it back: “Some joking remarks I made to Kyle Richards got picked up and caused my ex-husband great embarrassment and for that I sincerely apologize. While the media added words and blew it out of proportion, I acknowledge my part in this and regret my remarks.”

But it’s not all nice, because Camille goes on, complaining she wants to settle their differences “but Kelsey just seems to want to fight this.” Camille adds, “I offered a 50/50 physical split with joint custody and was soundly rejected.”

Camille says, “Now he will only communicate through lawyers and others and I fear the message we’re sending our children.”
