Casey Anthony Will Go Back To Florida For Probation Case

Casey Anthony has just been ordered back to Florida to begin probation in her check fraud case -- and she has two weeks to show up -- OR ELSE!

Casey was originally supposed to be in Florida last Friday, but Casey's laywer was able to convince the judge that it's unsale for her to be in Florida. Judge Perry reissued the order -- and now, Casey must report to an Orange County probation officer no later than August 26th at noon -- unless she wants to be arrested.

Anthony's legal team had argued she already served probation time while awaiting trial -- but Perry wasn't convinced -- insisting she had to serve probation AFTER jail.

The  only  kindness that Judge Perry showed was that he agreed to keep her address private during her probation -- because she has received numerous death threats.
